Heat Transfer Fluids & System Cleaners - SiteMap

Duratherm
Most fluids will transfer heat with some degree of efficiency but it's how long it lasts and how clean it keeps your system that really makes the difference.

Duratherm 600
Duratherm 600 - thermal fluid rated to 600°F it contains the industries most aggressive blend of additives for long, trouble free operation in a variety of applications.

Duratherm 630
Duratherm 630 - rated to 630°F it has the highest rated bulk temperature of petroleum based thermal fluids. Duratherm 630 is engineered for applications requiring high temperature stability (630°F) and offers one of the only environmentally friendly alternatives to aromatic fluids at a fraction of the cost.

Duratherm 450
Duratherm 450 - thermal fluid specifically engineered for applications requiring process heating and cooling efficiently between 30°F and 450°F.

Duratherm FG
Duratherm FG - thermal oil rated to 620°F it's engineered and manufactured to comply with the demands of food grade applications. NSF registered, meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact (H1) and meets the requirements of 21CFR1783570.

Duratherm G
Duratherm G - Glycol fluids such as Ucon 500(TM) have been used for years but have, until now offered very little protection from negative elements such as oxidation.

Duratherm S
Duratherm S - a silicone based heat transfer fluid that is ideally suited for high oxidation or completely exposed systems up to 650°F.

Duratherm LT
Duratherm LT - heat transfer fluid engineered for applications requiring process temperatures ranging from -30°F to 600°F.

Duratherm LITE
Duratherm Lite - a heat transfer fluid with the same physical properties as Duratherm 600 but formulated with a lighter dose of additives.

DuraFlush
DuraFlush - a light petroleum based fluid compatible with most oils. DuraFlush is used to flush systems prior to filling with a heat transfer fluid.

Duratherm
Since 1977 our goal has been to strive for constant innovation and improvement. Through years of ongoing R&D we are proud to offer the industries most expansive line of Heat Transfer Fluids (also called Hot Oils, Thermic Oils or Thermal Fluids) as well as System Cleaners.

Why Duratherm
When comparing physical properties there are obvious considerations that must be taken, such as temperatures, safety, etc but what isn't always on a physical specification sheet is what's working in the background to keep the fluid running longer and cleaner.

For over 25 years we have been servicing the heat transfer fluid industry with quality, effective and innovative products ranging from heat transfer fluid and related products, thermal oils, thermic fluids as well as specialized lubricants throughout the world.

Duratherm Products Main Page
Driven by our customers demand for excellence, we engineer all our products to simply last longer and run cleaner (see how).

System Cleaners Main Page
Today's fast pasted production schedules don't always allow for timely oil changes and preventative maintenance. This situation over time can result in harmful deposits being created within your system, ultimately leading to equipment failure.

DuraClean
DuraClean - a long life, preventative maintenance and light duty system cleaner, in addition to functioning as a long term heat transfer fluid.

DuraClean Concentrate
DuraClean Concentrate - is added to a system a few weeks prior to an oil change. Engineered as a maintenance aid it reduces the manual labor hours spent cleaning a system during maintenance programs such as PM's and teardowns.

Carb-off
Carb-off - Recommended by major equipment OEM’s, the fast acting formulation makes it perfect for stripping fouled heat transfer systems of oxidized and thermally degraded oil deposits.

Uclean
U-Clean - is another first for the industry. Finally a cleaning fluid compatible with Polyalkylene Glycol fluids such as Ucon 500® which is safe and effective to use at temperatures up to 500°F.

DuraClean LSC
Duraclean LSC - large system cleaner added as a concentrate to larger systems, it allows continued production up to 600°F.

Lubricants Main Page
Our experience in developing world class heat transfer products naturally lead us to develop equally effective industrial lubricants
DuraBlower Lube
Dura-Blower Lube - Designed specifically for the gears and bearings in rotary lobe blowers, it exhibits outstanding resistance to oxidation, shear, and thermal degradation. This lubricant has excellent lubricity and anti-wear properties.

DuraGear Lube
Gear Lube - Duratherm Synthetic Gear Lubricants are premium, synthetic products using an advanced technology additive system and special synthetic friction modified base fluids.

DuraCompressor Fluids
Compressor Fluid - Duratherm is proud to have a complete line of compressor fluids for every make and type of compressor available. Whether you need Glycol, Diester or an SHC fluid all of our fluids represent the finest in todays base stock and additive systems.
