Duratherm service: An overnight success
We received a call at 2 p.m. Tuesday from a customer in crisis. Their machine was down and they needed thermal fluid right away. Normally we ship within 24 hours but this was a desperate situation, so our team pulled out all the stops. We shipped a 55 gallon drum of heat transfer fluid by overnight air freight and the customer had it by 9 a.m. Responsive customer service — it’s a big part of the Duratherm Advantage.
