What our customers are saying

Need Some Assistance?

Cleaning instead of replacing saves $20,000

After two months of struggling with the problem,  a company contacted us with hard coke/carbon that was blocking the flow of thermal oil through their platen presses.

They knew it was bad but not being able to look inside the platens nor having any idea of how they were plumbed made it a challenging dilemma. They considered simply replacing the platens at a cost of $20,000. After thorough analysis of the situation, however,  it was determined that DuraClean LSC would be able to break that carbon down and removing it from the system.

After two weeks of using DuraClean LSC, we received the following note from the customer:

“After talking to you about adding the DuraClean LSC to the oil that we were using, in only two weeks we noticed the hard pieces of burnt oil (COKE) had liquefied and we were able to clean the lines out with just air pressure. The blocked lines were flushed out easily due to the fact that the COKE was reduced to a liquid and flowed freely.”
